以下说明适用于 Coode 的账号、远程连接及会员服务。App Store 下载的应用许可适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议；本页说明具体服务的使用条件。
服务与账号
Coode 提供模型 API 对话和连接本人或获授权电脑上 Agent 的工具。使用功能前需要验证邮箱并同意本条款。未注册邮箱在验证成功后自动注册并登录；个人资料会默认随机分配，无需先行填写，可稍后修改。请保护邮箱、设备、配对码及 API Key 的安全，及时撤销丢失设备。不得冒用身份、绕过授权或滥用验证码及服务资源。
授权范围与操作责任
仅连接你拥有或得到明确授权的电脑、项目与服务。配对前核对电脑信息，只授予必要范围。Agent 可能执行命令、修改文件或调用外部服务，请在执行前核对其操作并维护必要备份。不得利用 Coode 侵犯他人权利、传播恶意内容、非法访问系统或违反适用法律。
第三方服务与费用
模型、Agent 运行时和自定义 API 由相应第三方提供，你需要自行满足其账号、许可、地区和网络条件。Coode 会员不包含模型服务商另行收取的 API、订阅或其他费用。Free 模型来自 AI Horde 的实时目录和第三方志愿节点，不保证固定数量、响应时间或持续可用。模型输出可能错误，应由你核验；连接可用性取决于电脑是否在线、连接器、网络和第三方服务状态。
赠送使用期
符合条件的新账号验证邮箱并注册成功后，可领取一次一个自然月的赠送使用期，无需付款，不会自动扣费。同一邮箱只能领取一次，注销再注册或更换绑定邮箱不会重新获得该赠送期。赠送或付费权益到期后，需要有效权益才能继续使用相应功能。
会员购买、续订与恢复
可购买的方案、可用地区、周期与价格以应用内 Apple 购买界面当时显示为准。购买开放时，单月会员为非自动续费的一个自然月；连续包月和连续包年为自动续费订阅，由 Apple 按所选周期收费，除非你取消续订。赠送期内可自愿提前购买；付费期限从购买时起算，不与剩余赠送期叠加，有效使用期取赠送或付费期限中较晚的一项。购买记录绑定购买时的 Coode 账号；恢复购买请使用同一 Coode 账号和对应 Apple 账户。请在当前周期结束前按 Apple 界面提示及时取消续订；可在 iPhone 或 iPad 的“设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅”中管理。退款由 Apple 的购买与退款流程处理，获批退款或撤销会影响会员权益。
注销、终止与资料
你可从设置顶部的个人资料进入“编辑资料 → 注销账号”，验证邮箱后注销账号。注销不会取消 Apple 订阅，请先单独处理续订；也不会删除电脑上的项目、Agent 或文件。数据处理和保留例外见隐私政策。对未经授权访问、滥用或违法行为，我们可以限制相关访问以保护服务及他人，并依法处理必要记录。

Terms of Use
These terms describe Coode account, remote connection and membership services. The app license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Service and authorized use
Coode is a tool for model API conversations and connecting to Agents on computers you own or are authorized to use. Email verification and agreement to these terms are required. A new email automatically creates an account after successful verification. Random profile defaults let you continue immediately and can be changed later. Protect your email, devices, pairing codes and API keys; revoke lost devices promptly. Do not impersonate others, bypass authorization, abuse resources, infringe rights or use the service unlawfully. Verify the computer and permission scope when pairing. Agents may execute commands, modify files or invoke external services, so review their actions and maintain appropriate backups.
Third-party services
Models, Agent runtimes and custom APIs are provided by their respective providers. Their account, license, regional and network requirements apply. Coode membership does not include separately charged model API or third-party subscription costs. Free models come from AI Horde’s live catalog and third-party volunteer workers, with no guaranteed count, response time or continuous availability. Model output can be incorrect and should be checked. Remote availability depends on the computer, connector, network and third-party services.
Introductory access and membership
An eligible new account receives one calendar month of introductory access after verified registration, once per email address. It requires no payment and does not automatically charge. Deleting and registering again, or changing the bound email, does not renew it. Valid access is required after entitlement expiry. Available plans, regions, periods and prices are those shown in Apple's in-app purchase interface. When purchases are available, the one-month pass does not renew automatically; monthly and annual subscriptions renew and are charged by Apple unless canceled. Users may choose to buy during introductory access. Paid access starts at purchase and does not stack with remaining introductory time; access remains valid through the later of the introductory or paid expiry. Purchases are bound to the Coode account used to buy them; restore with the same Coode and relevant Apple accounts. Manage subscriptions in iPhone or iPad Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, and cancel before renewal according to Apple's displayed guidance. Refunds are handled through Apple's process; refunds or revocations may change access.
Deletion and applicable terms
Open Settings, select the profile at the top, then choose Delete Account and verify your email. Deletion does not cancel Apple subscriptions or remove computer projects, Agents or files. The Privacy Policy describes deletion and retention exceptions. Unauthorized, abusive or unlawful access may be restricted to protect the service and others. These terms do not limit your applicable consumer rights. Apple's Standard EULA governs the software license. Material changes will be reflected here and notified separately where required.
